Samantha is an Associate Nutritionist (ANutr) who believes that understanding nutrition and how our bodies respond to food is vital for living the lives we truly want to and enjoying each and every energy filled day!
Samantha has a very clear understanding of scientifically-based nutrition information and can help you understand just how a healthy balanced diet can help you obtain optimum health and wellbeing. She’s passionate about seeing people free of the side effects of a poor diet such as lethargy, headaches, sluggishness, depression and bad food ruts!
Samantha’s counselling and psychology qualifications also make her particularly skilled in helping clients deal with issues around emotional eating and disordered eating which are both increasingly prevalent in our society, and may be the underlying issues preventing people from losing weight and managing their eating habits.
She’s excited about helping people reach their nutritional goals, whatever they may be.
